This role contributes to a people‑centric, high‑performing HR organization through strong data discipline, standardized employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. The role leverages digital tools, automation, and emerging AI‑enabled capabilities to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency - while delivering a positive employee and business experience.
