The People Engagement and Communications Manager plays a critical role in shaping how employees and external audiences experience and perceive the organization’s culture, values, and people initiatives. This role leads the development and execution of strategic communication programs that strengthen employee engagement, support organizational transformation, and elevate the company’s employer brand across digital and internal platforms.
The role combines storytelling, branding, employee engagement, and change communications to create meaningful and consistent employee experiences.
