Job Description
You will support the execution of the People Strategy and drive HR operational excellence on key initiatives across the talent lifecycle. You will advocate for HR services and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and HR Business Services teams to meet strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering & Alignment
- Support People Experience Partner in designing and executing people strategy and HR initiatives aligned with business priorities, P&L objectives, and key bottom-line drivers.
- Build strong relationships with business leadership, client stakeholders, and management teams through regular reviews and collaboration.
