- Lead selection processes for SENA
- Actively source talent globally
- Screen and review candidate profiles
- Conduct candidate assessments
- Write job descriptions
- Maintain and update the candidate database in our ATS
- Support the People communications area
Qualifications
- Passionate about talent, technology, and growth
- Strong interest in recruitment and selection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for startup culture
- Intermediate or advanced English level
- Interest in communications
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment tools is a plus
