Join Allianz Technology Spain as a People Process and Governance Intern and work alongside the People Program and Project Manager in documenting HR processes, assisting with HR data reporting and providing support across people-related projects.
What You Do
- Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation to ensure clarity, structure and standardization, as well as alignment with internal policies and standards.
- Assist in aligning local processes with global standards, documenting deviations and temporary processes as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of governance and safeguarding frameworks across the People function.
