About the Role
This is not a role where you will be sitting behind a desk raising tickets. You will be the person who keeps the daily
engine of HR running while also being the face of culture at SRV Media. If someone's appointment letter or relieving letter needs to go out today, you make it happen. If the team feels low on a Friday, you think of something to fix that. You are equal parts process person and people person, and you do not see those two as opposites.

What You Will Actually Do

• Own the entire employee lifecycle for your assigned cohort from day one paperwork to exit formalities including FnF coordination and clearances.
