Manage local human resources policies including procedures and programs appropriate for support functions and IT Tech employees.
Ensure the follow-up and application of social benefits for all employees.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Be constantly attentive and available to all employees.
Supervise the use of the time tracking tool.
