Cloudflare’s People Team is looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy People Team Intern passionate about the intersection of Human Resources and Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Execution: Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives. Keep timelines on track, manage stakeholders, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Process Optimization: Identify manual HR workflows and leverage AI solutions to automate and improve them. Explore ways to use generative and agentic AI to streamline employee communications and internal documentation. Work on system automation projects and help with system testing.
