As People Operations Lead – Switzerland, you will own and deliver day‑to‑day People Operations, ensuring high‑quality, compliant support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the Group People Operations Manager to support the transition to a harmonised, scalable One SITS Group model while driving process improvements, HRIS optimisation, and data accuracy. You’ll be part of a fun, focused, and supportive People team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Own day‑to‑day People Operations in Switzerland as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and internal/external stakeholders
