About the Role
As a CBRE People Operations Manager, you will assist with the management of a functional team within the HR Shared Services Call Center. This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function, responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.
What You’ll Do
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Evaluate work volumes and assign out to staff.
- Act as an escalation point for simple or basic issues.
