Job Description
We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to support and enhance HR operations for a leading tech organisation in Malaysia. Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while driving operational excellence and improving overall employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about scaling HR processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes) with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining data integrity across HR systems
- Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, payroll, TA) to improve employee experience
