Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and review tracking.
- Assist managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching employees.
- Monitor performance improvement plans and follow-up actions.
