Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our People Service Families division, delivering effective, evidence-based people solutions, support and advice to enable the organisation to achieve its people priorities and address key workforce challenges. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple people matters simultaneously, providing commercially focused guidance across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, change management, and employment legislation, while ensuring consistency and compliance. As a trusted advisor, you will coach and challenge stakeholders to build capability, support change initiatives, and drive high-quality outcomes, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
