Role Purpose
As the People Partner you will be a trusted advisor to our operational leadership, specialising in:
- Complex employee relations casework.
- TUPE Mobilisations.
- Redundancy & Change Programmes.
- You will ensure our people processes are compliant, consistent and fully aligned with our values, supporting business continuity and colleague wellbeing.
