Job Description
This role will oversee the US people operations and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely execution of processes. This role partners with Operations leaders to support workforce stability, employee experience, and operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- People Operations & Benefits: Lead end-to-end HR and benefits operations (onboarding, changes, offboarding, leave, attendance, benefits enrollment). Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Employee Support & Stakeholder Partnership: Resolve employee cases, provide guidance on benefits, policies, and non-disciplinary employee matters, balancing employee experience with operational needs.
