We’re looking for a People Systems Analyst to own a People system portfolio and ensure the systems are aligned, well governed, and delivering real value to the business.

As a People Systems Analyst, you’ll bring a product-style mindset to how we manage and evolve our People systems. You’ll translate business needs into clear system designs, prioritise change effectively, and ensure delivery is both high quality and low risk. At its core, this role is about creating systems that are reliable, fit‑for‑purpose, and easy to use.
