About the role
We’re looking for a People Systems Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract with deep expertise in payroll systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP and Kronos, to join our People & Culture team.
This role sits within People Systems and is focused on improving how our systems support payroll outcomes not owning payroll processing or core system configuration (which sits with Technology). Instead, it operates at the intersection of payroll knowledge and systems optimisation, ensuring our platforms are designed, utilised, and continuously improved to meet business and compliance needs.
You will play a key role in enhancing system processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring payroll-related functionality across EC/ECP and Kronos is operating effectively and efficiently.
