Scope of Services This role is to provide on-site professional services in developing, maintaining, supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) The scope of services include: analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft CS system for the campus community. attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting. enhancement to existing system / new project development work. support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems. maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure. support campus business events. provision of monthly work progress report records. working with the other developers The personnel shall have: A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent. Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized. Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Have positive work attitude.
