**Type:** Ongoing Contract
**Schedule:** Per Diem Day, Evening, and Night schedules available
**Pay:** $35 per hour weekday, $36 per hour weekend
**Specialty:** Nursing + Rehab Center
**Responsibilities of the LPN**
· Provides direct, hands-on care to residents
· Administers medications
· Monitors health status
· Assists in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
**Qualifications of the LPN**
· Active and good standing LPN license in New York
· Current BLS certification
· 1+ year of nursing experience required
