Job Description
Provide pharmaceutical care as a PRN Travel Pharmacist at a rural community health center serving mainly patients over the age of 50. This per diem opportunity runs from July 15th through July 31st, offering a chance to work in a close-knit setting with experienced pharmacy technicians supporting daily operations.
Location: Stratford, TX
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- No weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify prescriptions for approximately 120-130 scripts per day
- Provide patient counseling tailored to the needs of an older patient population
- Oversee and manage pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety
- Utilize the Liberty pharmacy system for order processing and documentation
