In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and implement effective execution tools to improve the speed of manufacturing processes and reduce complexity. Manage the strategy for establishing a Lean Culture in manufacturing operations. Manage information regarding strategy deployment and the execution of annual priorities. Lead and support the analysis of value stream maps and value streams for operational and administrative processes. Define projects that support the execution of the Strategy Implementation. Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams on process improvement projects. Plan and schedule KAIZEN events in accordance with annual priorities and critical opportunities. Train staff across all areas in lean execution and tools. Act as Fromex's representative on the Operational Excellence Committee (OEC) for Emerson Latin America.
