Performance Analytics & Reporting Officer

Birmingham City Council is looking for a Performance Review Officer to join the Planned Maintenance Team. The role involves analysing performance data and enhancing processes to ensure optimal outcomes for tenants and residents.

You will lead the analysis and reporting of performance information using Power BI, work with senior managers, and contribute to quality management reviews. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for this role.
