Overview of the role:
The purpose of the International Performance & Planning Manager is to facilitate planning, performance, and governance of Al-Futtaim International Automotive market areas. This role is responsible for creating and implementing business planning processes, including strategic plans, financial forecasting, and providing improvement strategies for underperforming regions. The job holder will also develop and establish KPIs for performance measurement and monitoring.

- Build and prepare market area forecasts in line with Global Aftersales Automotive Group objectives to deliver financial revenue and GM plans.
