Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and data-savvy Performance and Rewards Manager to lead our global compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks. This role is responsible for designing policies, driving pay-for-performance culture, and managing large volumes of data to ensure competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards programs across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain global C&B policies and structures that align with business strategy and comply with regional labor laws.
- Lead the annual compensation review process (salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonus planning), managing large-scale data inputs across countries and business units.
