In the Inclusive Employment Australia program you'll play a key role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites. Internally this role is called Regional Performance and Operational Specialist.

This position will provide support across the following ESAs: ACT/Queanbeyan NSW, Kiewa VIC, Lachlan NSW, Lower South Coast NSW, South Eastern NSW.
