MedznMore is a digital healthcare innovator, dedicated towards improving access to healthcare by blending technology and innovation to solve problems associated with modern day pharmacies. The company is on a mission to simplify two major pain points in the Healthcare industry. The first is access to healthcare services which includes lab tests, health insurance and access to medicine, through our B2C platform (Tabiyat.pk). The second is a technology solution for the fragmented medicine supply chain by a B2B Platform (Tezmedz), which is supplying directly to retail pharmacies across Pakistan. The company today has an integrated B2B and B2C Platform.

- Identify areas of business underperformance and propose initiatives to improve performance.
