The role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, creatively versatile designer to join us part‑time and help produce performance creative – the kind of ads that stop the scroll and drive real results.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to spend months crafting a brand strategy. We work fast, we test, we iterate. You’ll launch an ad, look at what the data tells you, and use that to make the next one better. Then repeat. The creative process here is a loop, not a handoff and the best person for this role will find that genuinely exciting.
We’re open on format, 1 or 2 full days per week, or a combination of half-days. We’d love to hear what works for you.
What you’ll do
- Design and produce paid social ads across formats, static, animated, and video
- Edit UGC footage from creators into polished, high‑performing ads, shaping the hook, pacing, captions, and overlays while keeping that authentic feel intact
