Department: Creative Strategy | Performance Creative | Growth Strategy
Reports to: Head of Creative Strategy (with dotted line to the Chief Creative Officer)
Location: Hybrid, 2 days in office - Central London (Camden Roundhouse)
Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000+ Benefits Scheme + 28 Days Paid Holiday + Private Health
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Performance Lead to become the performance intelligence authority inside the Creative Strategy department. Creative performance is becoming increasingly complex. Winning creative now requires a deep understanding of testing methodology, attribution, platform behaviour, audience dynamics and performance signals.
