- Responsible for SPX Operations OKR - Delivery Time and Delivered SLA Commitment % - handle key stakeholders in lens with SPX delivery standards and performance
- Identify key metrics to monitor Linehaul, Lastmile and overall E2E performance (responsible for performance from Sorting Center to Customer's hand)
- Drive multiple strategic improvement initiatives including develop hypothesis, align stakeholders, generate insights, and determine action plan, ensuring ground level feasibility and scalability
- Develop monitoring dashboard and management level KPI
- Identify potential improvement opportunities
- Actively monitor initiative progress for impact analysis
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders ranges from management to ground level across local and regional offices
