Performance Marketing Executive
About the Role
Proeze is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Ecommerce, Lead Generation, Funnels, and Data Attribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels
- Manage Ecommerce performance marketing including ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion optimization
- Drive Lead Generation campaigns with strong focus on CPL, lead quality, and funnel efficiency
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention)
- Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixels, C...
