We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist (D2C Growth Role) We’re building Cidra , a fast-growing D2C wellness brand, and looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to scale our Facebook & Instagram campaigns. If you understand conversions, not just clicks — this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) Build structured campaigns (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies) Analyze performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Test creatives, hooks & audiences continuously Identify bottlenecks in funnel (ads → landing → checkout) ✅ Who We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands (must) Strong understanding of conversion campaigns Data-driven mindset (you rely on numbers, not guesses) ⚡ Bonus Points: Experience in health / wellness niche Familiar with Shopify & funnels Creative testing (UGC, reels, hooks) Why Join Us: Work directly on scaling a high-potential D2C brand Fast learning environment Performance-driven ...
