KiX is a fast-growing social-gaming platform with players across global and MENA markets. We pair a B2C game app with a B2B game-distribution platform, and we live by one principle:game first, money second . As we scale, we are looking for a hands‑on lead to own our paid growth engine and creator ecosystem end to end.
About the roleYou will own theA-axis of our growth org — paid acquisition, media buying, and the creator/influencer ecosystem. This is a builder role: you will set the strategy, run the campaigns, manage the budget, and grow the team. You will report into the Growth lead and work closely with our Data, Product and Game teams across Singapore and Guangzhou.
