YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to own and drive Helpling Singapore's paid marketing performance across key digital channels. This role will focus on execution excellence, performance optimisation, and data-driven insights to maximise customer acquisition efficiency. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Growth Marketing Manager to translate business priorities into high-performing campaigns. What You'll Do Performance Marketing Execution & Optimisation Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g. Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms) Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including bidding strategies, targeting, and budget pacing Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and c...
