Role: Performance Marketing Manager – App Campaigns

Role Overview
We‘re looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer to own and scale our app acquisition
campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Meta App Ads. You‘ll manage budgets, run experiments, and
work closely with creative and tech teams to drive high-quality user growth efficiently.
What You‘ll Do
• Own and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta App Ads
• Manage budgets and optimize toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV targets
• Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives (statics & videos) and audience segments
• Build and manage performance reporting using AppsFlyer and GA4
• Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to improve campaign performance end-to-end
