About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in D2C and Lead Generation campaigns. You will manage paid campaigns across digital platforms and work closely with creative and content teams to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage D2C (e-commerce) and Lead Generation campaigns with clear performance goals. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions. Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Monitor daily performance and prepare basic performance reports. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies. Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and funnels. Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).
