Anna Simona Kids is a premium, design-led baby essentials brand based in Mumbai — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, experienced performance marketer to own and scale our paid channels end to end. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who has genuinely scaled a D2C brand through paid media — someone who understands the numbers, builds the strategy, executes it, and is accountable for results. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Meta Ads → Full ownership of Meta campaigns — strategy, structure, creative briefing, testing, scaling → Manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns across Facebook and Instagram → Build and maintain campaign architecture — audience segmentation, funnel structure, budget allocation → Brief creative team on video and static ad concepts based on what's working → Analyse performance weekly — ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, frequency — and act on it Google Ads → Own Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns → Keyword strategy, bid management...
