Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Philippines’s foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, aligning with PingPong’s revenue goals.
2. Take on independent revenue KPIs together with the customer conversion team, and jointly take responsibility for the entire business lifecycle from customer acquisition, registration, activation, to retention.
3. Focus on the small customer segment, including small businesses, freelancers, and other users, primarily through a customer self-service business model.
4. Flexibly acquire customers in bulk through various online and offline channels, including but not limited to influencer marketing, social media, affiliate programs, SEO & SEM, offline partnerships, and other channels.
