Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Develop full-funnel strategies aligned with B2B lead generation and conversion goals Conduct regular search term audits, manage keyword structures, and build strong negative keyword lists Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, placements, and audience targeting Create, test, and iterate ad creatives including copy, headlines, descriptions, and visual assets Build and refine audience segments including customer match lists, retargeting audiences, lookalikes, in-market, and custom intent audiences Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Produce bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and messaging Identify and resolve ad policy issues across...
