Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Strong experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform tracking (Pixels/Conversion API) to measure and report on ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with Bing (Microsoft Advertising) and at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for lifecycle marketing.
