Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and paid conversions.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and placements to improve campaign efficiency.
- Develop creative concepts for static and video advertisements and provide direction to design and video production teams.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize based on key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Build and refine target audience segments using user data, behavioral insights, and market understanding.
- Stay updated on developments in digital advertising, SaaS, and fintech to inform campaign strategy.
