Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves leading performance testing efforts for Web, UI, and API-based applications using industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage performance test scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.

- Location: Hybrid setup (Work-from-Home + UP Town Ayala Center, Quezon City Office)

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise / Performance Center
- Conduct performance testing across Web, UI, and API protocols
- Perform bottleneck analysis and provide performance optimization recommendations
