Job Description
Performance Tester – Responsibilities
- Write and prepare technical performance test plans
- Develop data driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing
- Use Load Runner (or other similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services and SQL Server
- Design and execute daily load BVTs as well as larger, system level tests
- Analyze data gathered from performance tests
- Report findings and log defects
- Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
