About This Job
Ensures quality of software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
- Monitors adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of software products. Monitors effectiveness of the assurance process and tools.
- Participating in sprint planning meeting to discuss the latest requirements of software development and determining the following tasks.
- Providing guidance and technical instruction to junior level engineers on Extreme Programming.
- Designing, developing and maintaining related infrastructure and platform according to client's changing requirement.
