Manage and coordinate performing artistes by arranging show lists, overseeing rehearsals and auditions, allocating roles based on individual strengths, collaborating with producers on scheduling, and ensuring high-quality performances through teamwork and preparation.
Responsibilities- Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events
- Manage the rehearsal, audition, and selection process for performing artiste candidates
- Assess individual artistes’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate performing roles efficiently
- Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate their interests and updates
