We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for the role of MICE Team Manager (12 Months FTC) for our ever growing Perk Events team. In this role, you will manage a team of MICE Specialists. You’ll play a key role for us by focusing on the constant skill development of the team and helping them achieve sales goals.
What you will do
- Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
- Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
- Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.
- Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople; have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
