Overview
Co-operate with doctors and other health-care providers in the smooth delivery of services to patients. Ensure that all procedures scheduled for patients are performed well and oversee the Lab’s smooth operations daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of pulmonary function tests (eg spirometry, NIOX-ENO, static lung volumes, Impulse Oscillometry, diffusion capacity, bronchial provocation tests) and sweat testing as requested by clinicians.
- Perform allergy tests as requested by clinicians.
- Monitor and optimise utilisation of procedure rooms.
- Responsible for preliminary test reporting, record results in computer system and ensure reports are given to the doctor-in-charge to vet.
