Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support vendor sourcing with Procurement, including maintaining vendor lists and providing technical requirements and quantities
- Prepare feasibility cost appraisals, BOQs, cost data, and assist in cost planning
- Lead/participate in value engineering to identify alternative materials and construction methods
- Collaborate with internal teams, QS consultants, and external stakeholders to support project solutions and resolve issues
- Support tender preparation, tender management, and contract documentation
- Manage post-contract activities including budget tracking, cash flow, and cost reporting
- Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, and external QS assessments
- Oversee post-contract administration and final account settlement
- Conduct cost analysis, price comparisons, and financial evaluations
- Draft consultant service agreements and support contract documentation
