Join Permacon as a Client Support Specialist, enhancing customer experiences through effective resolution and order management. Deliver timely responses to inquiries and support overall client satisfaction. As part of Permacon, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing client communications.
You’ll be responsible for issuing credits, providing timely information, and ensuring accuracy in order delivery. Building robust relationships with both clients and internally is a key aspect of this role.
