Job Responsibilities:
- To make accurate and realistic estimation for jobs as required in tender bid to secure vessels for repair and conversion work.
- To lead and provide coaching to commercial executives.
- Source for subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work.
- Prepare accurate and detailed invoicing to achieve fair and better contribution margin.
- Liaise with Ship Repair Manager and Project Supervisor on all quoted and additional jobs.
- Discuss invoices of completed projects with Owner’s Representative.
- Assess subcontractor’s invoices, discuss with relevant parties, and conclude bill settlement within the target.
