Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacy Technician will complete the medicine reconciliation process, assess Patients Own Drugs (PODs), and order medicines as an accredited medicines optimisation pharmacy technician. The role involves supporting the implementation of self-administration by patients and/or carers and managing the medication supply pathway efficiently, including the transfer of medicines between wards.
